CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT

 1) Members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the CLUB shall be required to comply by all legislation, all compliance requirements, and all applicable laws of which ever jurisdiction applys (United States and/or Switzerland).

2) All CLUB services to CLUB MEMBERS shall be performed in a fair, honest, truthful, unbias, and lawful way and manner.

3) OFFICERS of the CLUB shall be required to comply by all applicable laws and governing requirements.

4) MEMBERSHIP in the CLUB shall be open to all qualifying applicants.

5) To advocate honesty and ethical behavior among CLUB members.

6) To report to MEMBERS such information they should need to make decisions about their CLUB activities and not to withhold information from MEMBERS.

7) To AUDIT all financial records of the CLUB honestly and in accordance with the standard audit procedures.

8) To act in an ethical and moral manner in the representation of the CLUB
